Imerman had been using Salesforce for years but with little formal direction. Over the years, their data became disorganized and the processes executed within Salesforce became convoluted. Salesforce quickly became cumbersome for some business units, while conversely, other business units had yet to come on to the platform.
Messina Group was hired to conduct a comprehensive review of the client’s Salesforce platform while analyzing various business units’ functionality. Messina Group facilitated a Priority Setting Workshop with Imerman Angels and, as a result of the functional and technical analysis, produced a detailed Salesforce Roadmap. Messina Group provided Imerman with a list of Salesforce initiatives that included time to implement, total cost of ownership and impact to the organization.
