Client Profile:

Our client is a national manufacturer and distributor.

Client Challenges:

This client originally implemented Salesforce Sales Cloud. However, the original team that implemented the Salesforce solution did not integrate Salesforce with their SAP ERP platform. The lack of SAP integration resulted in double entry of all clients’ orders and no real-time access to inventory.

Messina’s Approach:

Messina Group proposed a Proof of Concept which would showcase Salesforce and SAP bi lateral integration. During the POC, Messina Group also delivered a project plan to go live with the bi-lateral Salesforce to SAP integration.

Impact:

The bi-lateral Salesforce to SAP integration dramatically increased Salesforce adoption as real-time access to inventory is now available and client orders do not need to be double entered.
