In order to support their transformation initiative, our client needed to develop an enterprise Cloud strategy to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and increase business agility.

Included in our deliverables was the high level scope of each initiative, and the TCO and ROI business case. Another key deliverable was a recommendation of which type of Cloud fit best for our client: Private, Public or a Hybrid Cloud.


Messina Group delivered an enterprise Cloud strategy which quantified the business benefits of the Cloud as well as defined the business and competitive advantages of implementing an enterprise Cloud strategy. The Cloud strategy also identified several opportunities which were not on our client’s initial agenda. These included the ability to accelerate innovation and speed up the process of bringing new products and services to market.
